このページは、当方が直接販売する商品についての表記です。 当サイト（wadadigitallab.com）からお申し込みいただいた商品が対象で、当方が販売者となります。
App Store（iPhone / iPad 版）からご購入いただいた場合は、Apple が販売者となります。 その場合、解約は iOS の「設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション」から行い、返金は Apple の規定によります（当方から直接の返金はできません）。ご購入の場所によって窓口が変わりますので、ご注意ください。

商品代金以外に必要な料金	インターネット接続に必要な通信料等はお客様のご負担となります。決済手数料は当方が負担し、当方からお客様への追加請求はありません。 KoeType（Mac版）：音声認識と文章の整形は、既定では端末内で完結し、追加の費用はかかりません。設定の「上級設定」でクラウドの音声認識（ElevenLabs Scribe）またはクラウドの文章整形（Anthropic Claude）を選び、お客様ご自身の API キーを登録した場合に限り、各社の従量課金がお客様に発生します（当方を経由しない、お客様と各社との直接のご契約です）。対象は、ふだんの音声入力・音声ファイルの文字起こし・文章の整形・議事録の作成です。キーを登録しなければ、これらの費用は発生しません。 KoeShot（Mac版）：商品代金以外に、お客様に費用は発生しません。音声認識・文字認識・AIによる解説はすべてお使いの Mac の中で完結し、外部のクラウドサービスへ送信しないため、従量課金は一切かかりません。ヨミガエル（Mac版）：商品代金以外に、お客様に費用は発生しません。文字の読み取りはすべてお使いの Mac の中で完結し、書類を外部のクラウドサービスへ送信しないため、従量課金は一切かかりません。

支払時期	サブスクリプション商品（KoeType（Mac版））は、14日間の無料トライアル終了時に初回の代金をお支払いいただきます。以降は、各請求サイクル（月額プランは1か月ごと、年額プランは1年ごと）の更新日に自動的に決済されます。買い切り商品（KoeShot（Mac版）・ヨミガエル（Mac版））は、お申し込み（決済）時に1回だけお支払いいただきます。 2回目以降のご請求はありません。
お申し込みの有効期限	特にありません。お申し込み手続きの完了により当方が承諾したものとして契約が成立します（利用規約第3条）。
商品の引渡時期	お申し込み手続きの完了後、ただちに提供します（通常は即時〜数分以内）。ライセンスキーはお申し込み完了画面に表示します。控えを紛失された場合は、上記メールアドレスへご購入時のメールアドレスを添えてご連絡いただければ、お調べしてお送りします。
ご利用台数	いずれの商品も、1つのご契約につき、最大3台の Mac でご利用いただけます。ご利用中の端末を解除して、別の端末に入れ替えることもできます。 4台以上でのご利用をご希望の場合は、上記メールアドレスへご連絡ください。

返品・キャンセル（返品特約）	本商品はダウンロード提供のデジタル商品です。商品の性質上、お申し込み手続き完了後の返品・返金は原則としてお受けできません。サブスクリプション商品（KoeType（Mac版））は、いつでも解約できます。解約後は次回更新日以降の課金は行われず、現在の契約期間の末日まではそのままご利用いただけますが、すでにお支払いいただいた期間分の日割り返金は行いません（当方の都合で本サービスの提供を終了する場合を除きます）。買い切り商品（KoeShot（Mac版）・ヨミガエル（Mac版））は、お支払いが1回のみで継続課金がないため、解約のお手続きはありません。ご購入前に14日間、無料でお試しいただけますので、お使いの Mac で問題なく動作することをお確かめのうえ、お申し込みください。当方の重大な瑕疵による場合、および明らかな二重・誤課金があった場合は個別に対応します。詳細は返金・キャンセルポリシーをご覧ください。日本国外にお住まいのお客様（KoeShot（Mac版）のみ）については、お住まいの国または地域の法令によってお客様に認められる権利を制限しません。お客様が法人その他の団体である場合も、お客様が所在する国または地域の法令により消費者として認められる権利について、同じです。とくにオーストラリア消費者法・ニュージーランド消費者保証法の消費者保証は、当方の定めによって外すことができません。取り扱いは返金・キャンセルポリシーの「5. 日本国外にお住まいのお客様へ」に書いています。

サブスクリプション（自動更新）について — KoeType（Mac版）

KoeType（Mac版）は、一定期間ごとに自動更新・自動課金される継続的なサービスです。
最初の14日間は無料です。この期間中に解約された場合、料金は一切かかりません。
15日目に自動的に有料へ切り替わり、月額プランは980円、年額プランは9,800円が、ご登録の支払方法へ課金されます。
その後は、解約の手続きをされない限り、各請求サイクルの満了時に自動的に更新され、同額が課金されます。
割引コード（クーポン）をご利用の場合は、割引が適用される請求について、上記より少ない金額をご請求します。割引後の金額と、割引が適用される請求の範囲は、お申し込みの最終確認画面とご購入完了後のメールに記載します。
価格を改定する場合は、改定後の価格とその適用を開始する日を、適用開始日の30日前までに、本ウェブサイト上に掲示してお知らせします（あわせてメール等でも通知するよう努めます）。

買い切りについて — KoeShot（Mac版）

KoeShot（Mac版）は買い切りです。お支払いは1回のみで、月額料金・継続課金は一切ありません。
販売価格は3,980円（税込）です。お申し込み時に1回だけ決済され、2回目以降のご請求はありません。
継続課金がないため、解約のお手続きはありません。ご利用をやめる場合はアプリを削除していただくだけで結構です。以後の課金は発生しません。
ご購入前に14日間、無料でお試しいただけます。お支払いの登録は必要ありません（アプリをインストールした日から14日間で、当方のサーバーでの手続きは不要です）。
割引コード（クーポン）をご利用の場合は、上記より少ない金額をご請求します。割引後の金額は、お申し込みの最終確認画面とご購入完了後のメールに記載します。
v1 系のアップデート（macOS の更新への追従を含む）は無償です。将来、大きく作り直したバージョンを提供する場合は、改めて有料とさせていただくことがあります。

ヨミガエル（Mac版）は買い切りです。お支払いは1回のみで、月額料金・継続課金は一切ありません。
販売価格は4,980円（税込）です。お申し込み時に1回だけ決済され、2回目以降のご請求はありません。
継続課金がないため、解約のお手続きはありません。ご利用をやめる場合はアプリを削除していただくだけで結構です。以後の課金は発生しません。
ご購入前に14日間、無料でお試しいただけます。お支払いの登録は必要ありません（アプリをインストールした日から14日間で、当方のサーバーでの手続きは不要です）。 文字の読み取りの結果は、元の紙の状態によって変わります。 お手元の書類で実際に試して、ご満足いただけることをお確かめのうえ、お申し込みください。

解約の方法 — サブスクリプション商品（KoeType（Mac版））

上のページでご登録のメールアドレスを入力すると、Stripe から一度きりのログインリンクが届きます。そのリンクを開き、「プランをキャンセル」を選ぶと解約が完了します。ご自身での手続きが難しい場合は、上記メールアドレスへご連絡いただければ当方で対応します。

買い切り商品（KoeShot（Mac版）・ヨミガエル（Mac版））には、解約のお手続きはありません。 継続課金がないため、この画面での操作は不要です。

This page is about the products we sell directly. It covers orders placed on this website (wadadigitallab.com), where we are the seller.
If you buy through the App Store (iPhone / iPad), Apple is the seller. In that case you cancel from “Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions” on your iOS device, and refunds follow Apple’s rules (we cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves). Where you bought decides who you contact.

Price	KoeType for Mac: monthly plan JPY 980 / yearly plan JPY 9,800 (subscription, renews automatically) KoeShot for Mac: JPY 3,980 (one-time purchase; you pay once, with no recurring charge) ヨミガエル for Mac: JPY 4,980 (one-time purchase; you pay once, with no recurring charge) These are the prices shown to customers in Japan and include Japanese consumption tax. Prices for other products are shown on each product page and on the order screen. The amount you will be charged is shown on the order screen before you pay. If we charge you in Japanese yen, your bank or card issuer may convert the amount into your own currency and may add a conversion fee. If you use a discount code, we charge the discounted amount. The discounted amount, and which charges the discount applies to, are shown on the order screen and in the email we send after you buy.
Costs besides the price	You pay your own internet connection costs. We pay the payment-processing fees; we do not add them to your bill. KoeType for Mac: by default, speech recognition and text tidying happen on your own Mac and cost nothing extra. Only if you go to “Advanced settings”, choose cloud speech recognition (ElevenLabs Scribe) or cloud text tidying (Anthropic Claude), and register your own API key, do those companies charge you directly for what you use (that is a contract between you and them, not through us). It applies to everyday voice input, transcribing audio files, tidying text and making meeting notes. If you do not register a key, none of those costs arise. KoeShot for Mac: nothing beyond the price. Speech recognition, text recognition and the AI explanations all happen on your own Mac and are not sent to any cloud service, so there is no usage-based charge. ヨミガエル for Mac: nothing beyond the price. Text recognition happens entirely on your own Mac and your documents are not sent to any cloud service, so there is no usage-based charge.
How you pay	Credit card and similar methods, through our payment provider Stripe (Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Japan K.K.)
When you pay	Subscription product (KoeType for Mac): you pay the first fee when the 14-day free trial ends. After that you are charged automatically on each renewal date (every month on the monthly plan, every year on the yearly plan). One-time products (KoeShot for Mac, ヨミガエル for Mac): you pay once, when you order. There is no second charge.
How long your order stands	There is no time limit. The contract is formed when you complete the order steps and we accept (Terms of Service, Article 3).
When you get the product	Straight after you complete the order steps (normally within a few minutes). We show the licence key on the order-complete screen. If you lose your copy, email us from the address you used to buy and we will look it up and send it to you.
How many Macs	For every product, one contract lets you use it on up to three Macs. You can release a Mac you are using and swap in another one. If you need four or more, please email us.
What you need to run it	KoeType for Mac: a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later), macOS 26 or later. Intel-based Macs and macOS 15 (Sequoia) or earlier are not supported. It does not run inside a virtual machine (Parallels Desktop, UTM and the like). KoeShot for Mac: a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later), macOS 26 or later. You need to allow microphone and screen recording access (System Settings → Privacy & Security). After you allow screen recording, restart the app once. Intel-based Macs and macOS 15 (Sequoia) or earlier are not supported. It does not run inside a virtual machine (Parallels Desktop, UTM and the like). ヨミガエル for Mac: a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later), macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. It may ask for access to your Desktop or Documents folder, to save the PDF it produces (System Settings → Privacy & Security). Intel-based Macs and macOS 13 (Ventura) or earlier are not supported. Please check before you buy. Note: the text-tidying feature of KoeType for Mac uses Apple Intelligence. If Apple Intelligence is not turned on in System Settings, voice input still works, but text is not tidied (you can switch to cloud text tidying in the settings; if you do, see “Costs besides the price” above).
Returns, refunds and cancelling	Our products are digital goods delivered by download. Because of that, once your order is complete we cannot normally accept a return or give a refund. “Normally” means we cannot take a product back because you changed your mind or because it was not what you expected. Subscription product (KoeType for Mac): you can cancel at any time. After you cancel there is no charge from the next renewal date onwards, and you can keep using it until the last day of the current billing period, but we do not give a pro-rata refund for a period you have already paid for (except where we ourselves end the service). One-time products (KoeShot for Mac, ヨミガエル for Mac): you pay once and there is no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel. You can try them free for 14 days before you buy, so please check that they work on your own Mac before you order. Where there is a serious defect on our side, or an obvious double or wrong charge, we deal with it individually. The details are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you live outside Japan (KoeShot for Mac only): this does not limit any right that the law of the country or region where you live gives you. The same applies where you are a company or another organisation and the law of the country or region where you are located treats you as a consumer. In particular, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 of New Zealand cannot be excluded by anything we write. How we deal with that is set out in “5. If you live outside Japan” in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Subscription and automatic renewal — KoeType for Mac

KoeType for Mac is a continuing service that renews and is charged automatically at regular intervals.
The first 14 days are free. If you cancel within that period, nothing is charged.
On the 15th day it turns into a paid contract automatically, and JPY 980 on the monthly plan, or JPY 9,800 on the yearly plan, is charged to the payment method you registered.
After that, unless you cancel, it renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle and the same amount is charged.
If you use a discount code, we charge less than the amounts above for the charges the discount applies to. The discounted amount, and which charges it applies to, are shown on the order screen and in the email we send after you buy.
If we change a price, we will publish the new price and the date it starts to apply on this website at least 30 days before that date (and we will also try to tell you by email).

A one-time purchase — KoeShot for Mac

KoeShot for Mac is a one-time purchase. You pay once, and there is no monthly fee and no recurring charge.
The price is JPY 3,980. You are charged once when you order, and there is no second charge.
Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to cancel. If you stop using it, just delete the app. Nothing further is charged.
You can try it free for 14 days before you buy. You do not register a payment method (the 14 days run from the day you install the app, and nothing has to be done on our server).
If you use a discount code, we charge less than the amount above. The discounted amount is shown on the order screen and in the email we send after you buy.
Updates within version 1 (including keeping up with new versions of macOS) are free. If we ever provide a heavily rebuilt version, we may charge for it separately.

A one-time purchase — ヨミガエル for Mac

ヨミガエル for Mac is a one-time purchase. You pay once, and there is no monthly fee and no recurring charge.
The price is JPY 4,980. You are charged once when you order, and there is no second charge.
Because there is no recurring charge, there is nothing to cancel. If you stop using it, just delete the app. Nothing further is charged.
You can try it free for 14 days before you buy. You do not register a payment method. How well it reads text depends on the condition of the paper it came from. Please try it on your own documents and check that you are happy with the result before you order.
If you use a discount code, we charge less than the amount above. The discounted amount is shown on the order screen and in the email we send after you buy.
Updates within version 1 (including keeping up with new versions of macOS) are free. If we ever provide a heavily rebuilt version, we may charge for it separately.

How to cancel — subscription product (KoeType for Mac)

You can cancel yourself, at any time.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Enter the email address you registered on that page, and Stripe sends you a one-time sign-in link. Open the link and choose “Cancel plan”, and your cancellation is complete. If you find the steps difficult, email us and we will do it for you.

One-time products (KoeShot for Mac, ヨミガエル for Mac) have nothing to cancel. There is no recurring charge, so you do not need to use that page.
